The goal of the Personal Conditioning Module is to provide students with the skills, knowledge, and motivation to begin a personal conditioning program.
The nine unit objectives are:
- Basics of Conditioning
- Healthy Citizenship
- Aerobic Activity/Fitness
- Abdomen/Low Back Strength & Endurance
- Arm/Shoulder Strength & Endurance
- Thigh/Leg Strength & Endurance
- Trunk/Neck Flexibility
- Arm/Shoulder Flexibility
- Hip/Low Back/Leg Flexibility
 The Personal Conditioning Module includes:
- 3 softcover Lesson Plan books (one per level)
- A User's Manual
- 3 Portfolios (one per level)
